Refund policy

We are currently only shipping in the U.S. Orders should arrive within 7 days after shipping date. You will receive all of your shipping information the second we ship your purchase.  Please be patient and allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.  Please be sure to quadruple-check all of your shipping information upon placing your order. The Trusty Doodle is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If this happens we will be more than happy to ship your package back to the correct address. You will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipping.  We do not accept returns. We do not accept refunds, unless there is photo proof of an issue.
